Parker Pollard Wilton & Peaden is pleased to announce that Paula Peaden has been selected to the 2023 Virginia Super Lawyers list, a Thomson Reuters business.
Ms. Peaden counsels clients in areas of elder law, estate planning, estate and trust administration, fiduciary litigation, guardianships and conservatorships, and special needs planning.
Ms. Peaden was born in Northern New Jersey and began her professional career as a registered nurse after receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Mount St. Mary’s College. She received her legal education from George Mason University. She enjoys lecturing and writing on topics related to her estate planning and elder law practice.
