Austin Wallace leads the firm’s residential real estate practice. Austin represents purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions as well as landlords in the drafting of leases and the prosecution of unlawful detainer actions. He also handles foreclosures and other matters related to real estate finance. Further, Austin represents small business owners in business entity choice and formation and closely-held corporate transactions.
