Real Estate Legal Assistant
Our real estate practice seeks an organized, proactive and customer service-oriented legal assistant to handle residential and commercial real estate closings.  A minimum of 5-7 years of experience is required.  Candidate must have experience handling both purchase and sale files from beginning to end.  The ability to work independently and experience with SoftPro is highly desired.  This position is full-time and offers a collegial work environment, competitive salary, and benefits including employee health insurance, company paid life and disability insurance, 401k match and paid time off.

Domestic/Family Law Attorney 
We seek an attorney to join our growing domestic/family law practice. Five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience is preferred, but we will consider the right candidate.  The ideal candidate will have some portable client base and  sufficient experience to quickly become a member of our team. Candidate must be self-starter and self-motivated.

Firm Administrator
The firm administrator oversees the daily operations of the law firm including: direct supervision of administrative support staff; human resources; accounting operations; IT services, planning system upgrades and purchasing software; negotiating contracts; facilities management and landlord relations; retirement plan administration; coordinating banking issues and account controls; preparing and monitoring the annual budget; examining internal processes and implementing improvements. The firm administrator will compile and distribute various monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and administrative reports; this person reports to the administrative operations shareholder and attends corporate board meetings.

Candidates should have at least (3) three years of experience managing the operations of a similar organization; however, law firm experience is preferred. A background in accounting, human resources, operations management and IT is strongly desired. Salary is commensurate with experience.
