Scott is an attorney in the Estate & Trust section at Parker Pollard. He spends most of his time working on tax issues and in estate and trust administration. Scott focuses on complicated administrations including closely held business, title issues, and estate plans that were only partially implemented. He is one of the firm’s primary resources for tax matters, consulting with fellow Parker Pollard attorneys and represent clients in federal and state tax controversies.
