Don Piacentini, president of the firm, will give a presentation titled  “Estate Planning Essentials You Need to Know (But are Afraid to Ask)” on Thursday, October 9 at 7:00 p.m. in Genesis Hall at Redeemer Catholic Church, 8275 Meadowbridge Road in Mechanicsville. Don will talk about important estate planning tools like wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives. He will discuss ways to protect assets and property, as well as how to avoid probate and court battles. Don will also give an overview of recent federal and state tax law changes that may affect one’s estate.
