Parker, Pollard, Wilton & Peaden, P.C. is pleased to announce that Aubrey H. Brown III has been named a director and shareholder of the firm. Aubrey joined PPWP in 2011 after a one-year clerkship with the Virginia Beach Circuit Court. Aubrey practices in the areas of family law and domestic relations, residential real estate, personal injury, and estate litigation. Most recently, Aubrey successfully argued the case Ray v. Ready before the Supreme Court of Virginia.
Aubrey graduated summa cum laude from Hampden-Sydney College in 2007 with a degree in Economics and Commerce and Political Science. Aubrey graduated from the College of William & Mary School of Law in 2010, where he was the Executive Editor of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal.
Aubrey resides in Mechanicsville with his wife, Valerie, and their two children. He is looking forward to continuing to serve his clients with distinction in his new role as a director and shareholder of the firm.
