Adam Coffee is a member of the firm’s litigation and real estate sections. He joined Parker Pollard in 2024 after starting his legal career representing injured workers in Workers’ Compensation cases. Adam attended Hampden-Sydney College, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as the President of the Pre-Law Society. After graduating from the University of Kentucky School of Law, Adam returned to Virginia focused on helping the people of the Commonwealth navigate their legal issues. He practices primarily in civil litigation, real estate litigation, and residential real estate.
Representative Experience
Represents landlords and tenants in residential real estate disputes, including Unlawful Detainers, Evictions, Tenant’s Assertions, and lease disputes.
Represents landowners and commercial tenants in real estate related litigation, including contract disputes, lease disputes, easement issues and lis pendens actions.
Represents landlords and tenants in negotiation and drafting of commercial and residential leases and lease-related documents such as lease assignments.
Represents landowners in prosecuting and defending partition suits.
Represents title insurance companies and insured parties in connection with real estate title defects and coverage issues.
Represents individuals buying, selling, or otherwise transferring residential real estate.
Represents individuals in deed preparation and review.
