Trevor B. Reid
Mr. Reid joined Parker, Pollard & Brown as an associate after receiving his law degree from the University of Richmond in 2008. His practice is concentrated primarily on commercial and residential real estate, civil litigation, and business law.

- Represents landowners and commercial tenants in real estate related litigation.
- Represents owners and lenders in easement, title, mechanics lien and title insurance disputes and litigation.

- Represents landlords and tenants in negotiation and drafting of commercial and residential leases.
- Represents developers in the creation of condominiums, including conversions and mixed-use projects.
- Represents lenders and other businesses in connection with a variety of commercial law matters, including issues relating to Article 9 secured financing.
- Advises businesses with respect to entity formation, corporate authority issues, director and officer liability, and other corporate matters.
