At Parker, Pollard, Wilton & Peaden, P.C., we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak, and are prepared to quickly respond and adapt in order to maintain operations and service to our clients. We are committed to providing the best possible service to you, our valued client, while maintaining a safe workplace for our attorneys and staff.
We remain open for business, and we have implemented increased safety measures to help prevent the spread of germs in our workplace, including the following:
(1) Clients are encouraged to communicate with us via telephone or videoconferencing whenever feasible.
(2) We understand that some business will require face-to-face meetings. For your safety and that of our personnel, we will be increasing the cleaning of our offices and ensuring cleaning products are readily available.
(3) Some attorneys and staff may move toward working remotely as circumstances continue to evolve. Again, however, we are committed to ensuring that your legal needs are met with the same care and diligence as you have come to expect from PPWP.
Many courts are imposing scheduling changes as a result of COVID-19. If you have a pending case with an upcoming court date, you should speak with your attorney about your specific matter.
Please do not hesitate to contact any of our attorneys or staff if you have questions or concerns.
