The real estate practice at Parker, Pollard & Brown encompasses all facets of commercial and residential real estate.  Our practice includes representing clients in connection with acquisitions, sales, financing, construction, development, leases, like-kind exchanges and loan workouts.  We represent a variety of clients including purchasers, sellers, lenders, landlords, tenants, owners, contractors and developers. We also represent commercial lenders in connection with loan reviews, loan restructuring, forms development, workouts and bankruptcy issues.  In addition to our transactional practice, we represent numerous clients in real estate litigation matters including, mechanic’s liens, construction disputes, foreclosures, lis pendens, partition suits, easements, and other contract disputes.
