Estate Planning and Administration
We provide services relating to all aspects of estate and succession planning and administration, including:
- Creating comprehensive estate plans, and drafting simple or complex wills and trust instruments
- Providing an analysis of potential state and federal estate tax issues, and implementing strategies consistent with such analysis
- Advising executors, administrators, trustees and other fiduciaries, and assisting them in the performance of their duties (including filing inventories, accountings and related documentation with applicable authorities)
