Richmond Elder Law Attorneys
Elder Law Services for Virginia Clients
The law firm of Parker, Pollard, Wilton & Peaden, P.C., provides experienced and knowledgeable representation in elder law matters. Our attorneys assist individuals and families with the difficult issues and problems that often face senior citizens and their families, including:
- Long-term care and disability — Our firm provides dedicated and caring support to individuals looking to establish a plan for care for a disabled parent, child, sibling or other family member. We provide understandable information regarding the availability of Medicaid, Social Security and VA benefits.
- Guardianship and conservatorship — When an individual becomes unable to oversee his or her own personal affairs and finances, it may become necessary to seek the court appointment of a guardian or conservator.
- Special needs trusts — We work with clients to establish special needs trusts to protect the financial interests of a child or other family member with a disability.
